27/04/2008 - Handicap Cup Final

Millennium D will face Conservatives in the Handicap Cup Final. Start at 7.30pm on the 6th May at Chacombe Village Hall. Spectators are welcome.

12th April - Advertiser Cup:

The Advertiser Cup is to be held at BGN School on the 27th April with the finals being played on the 9th May at Millenium (Mollington Village Hall). Full details and entry forms can be downloaded below:

12th April - Top 12 result:

Jay Allen beat Jason Tustain 3-1 in the final of the Banbury Top 12. The semi final line ups were Jay Allen v Sean O Keefe and Jason Tustain v Gary Jackson.

2nd April:

2007/2008 Top 12 Line Up

Jay Allen, Barry Hook, Jason Tustain, Sean O Keefe, John Taylor, Gary Jackson, Rob Warnes, Charlie Somerton, Dave Webb, Neil Hodson & Chris Bateman.

Format is 2 leagues of 6 in a round robin format with top 2 from each progressing to semi-finals.

1pm Start on 6th April at Mollington village hall. Spectators welcome.

17/09/2007- Fixture List Change

If you downloaded the new fixture list before the 17th September, please destroy it and use the updated one now on this site, due to late change - apologies for any confusion caused. Additionally, the 2007/2008 club and team contacts have been updated to reflect this seasons formation - visit the links section if required.

14/09/2007 - New Season Update

The new season will be starting on the 24th September as previously stated. The fixture list and team grid can be downloaded by clicking the link above (if problems viewing I suggest you use the zoom facility on your browser to make it easier to read). The club contact section will be updated in the very near future as some of the teams / contact will have changed slightly.

22/08/2007 - New Season

Welcome to the new 2007/2008 Table Tennis Season. The season is scheduled to start w/c 24th September and the forms will be with the club secretaries shortly. This season promises to be tight in all divisions so an excellent year is in store. If you are looking for a team, please feel free to contact info@banburytabletennis.net stating your ability and requirements and we will put you in contact with a suitable club.

After a successful first years trial, we hope to make the website a useful portal to all our members. We will be posting tournament entry forms for download to encourage more entries into our various competitions throughout the season.

We are attempting to get a regular spot in the Banbury Guardian, but due to limited space, it is not always possible for them to publish all the reports we send them. What we will do this year is post every Banbury Guardian report as a downloadable file on this site so it can be viewed in its entirety here, in case it is edited before publication.

When the formation of leagues meeting has been completed, the new fixtures and leagues will be posted on this site immediately. This should happen in the next 2-3 weeks so check back soon.
